Story

The goal was to upgrade an older AirPods case with USB-C charging and extra battery capacity while keeping the original unit intact.

I designed a sleeve-style enclosure in Fusion 360 that wraps the case and integrates a battery module with a USB-C interface. The housing was optimized for 3D printing and compact assembly.

The final sleeve extends runtime and updates charging standards without permanent modifications to the AirPods case.
